February 2012 Association Meeting

The Elk Creek Highlands / Meadows Property Owners Association will meet at 7 PM, Wednesday, February 1^st, in the Association Building at 86 Elk Creek Drive, Bailey.

Regular reports will be given along with the election of the Board of Directors for 2012. In order for your ballot to count, you need to submit your ballot and dues payment in advance of or at that meeting. Dues remain at $35.00 plus $25.00 for fishing permits for the calendar year. If you have not received your January 2012 Newsletter please call 303-838-7768.

Winter Fest Potluck and Skating Party is Saturday, February 4^th. Join us at 12 noon for a potluck lunch and then over to the pond for skating and bonfire. Please bring a main dish, side dish, salad, soup or dessert to share. Coffee, hot chocolate, cider and tea will be provided. Call Tracie Schaefer at 303-816-9337 for additional information.

The frozen fishing pond has been cleared

and

the skaters have been practicing

because the

Winter Fest Potluck and Skating Party is almost here!

Join us at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 4^th, for a potluck lunch and then venture down to the pond for skating and bonfire, (weather permitting of course)! Please bring a main dish, side dish, salad, soup or dessert to share. Coffee, cocoa, cider and hot tea will be provided.

Hope to see EVERYONE there!

Elk Creek Highlands / Meadows Property Owners Association has scheduled a Game Night for Saturday, December 31^st starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Association Building, 86 Elk Creek Drive, Bailey.

Bring your favorite game to play, snacks to eat, and help ring in the New Year with friends and neighbors!
