January 4, 2017 Association Meeting

NewsThe Elk Creek Highlands/Meadows Property Owners Association will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, January 4th.  The annual ECHPOA newsletter will not be mailed to our property owners this year.  However, our financial statement, membership form, and election ballot have been made available on our blog, printed copies placed in the 5 bulletin board brochure boxes near the mail boxes and Association Building.  ECHPOA membership is entirely voluntary.  Please consider becoming a member to help keep the open space, fishing pond, and wetlands available to our community.  There will be several large required expenses during 2017; property and liability insurance, property taxes, utilities, and state required water augmentation development.  The 2016 annual membership and fishing permits will expire Dec. 31st.   For more information, contact Karen Ellis at 303-514-8620, or CUNColorado@aol.com.

ECHPOA January 2017 Annual Newsletter

Unfortunately, due to the lack of community interest, special announcementvolunteer hours, and financial restrictions, the regular 8 page Elk Creek Highlands / Meadows Property Owners Association Annual Newsletter could not be created and mailed to each property owner for January 2017.  The Association by-laws require that the annual financial statement be made available and that the directors of the Association be elected each year.  Therefore, these have been included in a short letter and posted on this blog under the Meeting Minutes & Newsletters menu option, Annual Newsletters drop down menu option, and select the January 2017 text link.  This will open a PDF which you can view and print.  There are also printed copies in the 5 bulletin board brochure boxes near the mail boxes and on the Association Building.

There will be several large required expenses during 2017 such as paying for property and liability insurance, property taxes, utilities, and now the state required water augmentation development.  Please become an ECHPOA member today and help keep this open space, fishing pond, and wetlands in our community!  Annual membership and fishing permits expire December 31st.  Association meetings are held at 7 pm, first Wednesday of each month.  For more information, contact Karen Ellis at 303-514-8620, or CUNColorado@aol.com.
