Postcards were mailed today to all 360 property owners within the Elk Creek Highlands and Meadows subdivisions.  The largest pile, about 270, have a Bailey address.  The middle pile, about 70, are being sent throughout Colorado.  The smallest pile, about 20, have an out of state address.  Postcards are being sent as far away as Connecticut and Hawaii.  The majority of out of state addresses are in Texas and Arizona.  To see if your property is within these subdivisions, you can view the Elk Creek Highlands/Meadows Subdivision Map on the Legal Documents page under the About ECHPOA menu option above.

Information such as 2018 Membership dues, Board of Directors ballot, Save Our Pond donation goal, 2017 Achievements, Covenants enforcement, and Loss Assessment liability is included in this postcard.  For a sneak peak of this postcard, the Annual Financial Statement is also attached, go to January 2018 on the Annual Newsletters page under the Meeting Minutes & Newsletters menu option above.
