The Elk Creek Highlands/Meadows Property Owners Association will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2019, in the basement of the Association Building located at 86 Elk Creek Drive, Bailey.  We will discuss “Save Our Pond” achievements and future goals, also possible property improvement projects for the spring.  Ballots for the Board of Directors are due and will be counted during this meeting.  You do not have to be a member to attend, but must be a member to vote.  If you have not yet paid for your 2019 ECHPOA membership, please do, we need your support!  Membership brochures have been placed on the 5 bulletin boards next to the mailbox clusters, Association Building, and can be found on our blog at https://echpoa.files.wordpress.com/2018/08/echpoa-brochure8.pdf.  For more information, contact Karen Ellis at 303-514-8620, or CUNColorado@aol.com.

Join us on Saturday, February 2 at Tomahawk Ranch for entertainment, libations, free food, a silent auction education and helping a great cause – Fire Adapted Bailey’s Crowdfunding Campaign to raise money for mitigation in the county rights of way along critical evacuation routes in North Park County.  You can learn more about why this mitigation is so important at http://www.fireadaptedbailey.org/crowdfunding.  We’re nearly one third of the way to our $100,000 goal – $30,188!  Match funds are available to double your contribution, so help us out, stop by, donate, place your bids on great auction items, have a beer or a glass of wine, and enjoy the music!  Feel free to share this invitation with your neighbors and friends.
