Meeting was called to order by President Danny Colligan at 7:08 p.m.  He introduced Assistant Fire Chief Joe Burgett who proceeded to talk on “Ready, Set, Go”.  This included “Wildland Fire Action Guide”, “Standard Operating Procedure – Wildfire Evacuation” and “Platte Canyon Fire Dept. Rating.”  This literature is available to all members.  (See Ken Perdew or Platte Canyon Fire Dept.)

Reading of February minutes was postponed until the April Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report by Ken Perdew:  Checkbook balance $ 5,828.27; Savings Balance $ 663.35; Fish Fund Balance $ l,783.44; leaving $ 4,708.18 in General Fund.  Motion to accept report was made by Karen Ellis and seconded by Ted Stein and carried.

Pond Report by Duane Thompson: Be careful on the ice, it gets soft when weather gets warmer.  Motion to accept report was made by Paul Ellis, seconded by Jessica Smith and carried.

Corral Report by Brad Burk:  All is fine.  They are not getting the trash bin.

Blog Report by Karen Ellis:  Added 5 articles and pictures.  There were 215 hits last month.  Motion to accept report was made by Brad Burk and seconded by Ted Stein.  Motion carried.

No Deputy Report.

Old Business:  Paul Ellis showed final plans for pond shelter.  The materials will cost approximately $l,300.00.   Paul repaired the sliding door on the Association building.

The heavy duty curtain rods have been purchased and need to be installed.

President Colligan stated that this is the night that we are to take the vote on the Fish Fund.  Duane Thompson made the motion that we keep the Fish Fund separate as it has been.  Danny Colligan seconded and motion carried.

Brad Burk moved that we adjourn, Paul Ellis seconded.  Motion carried.
